Microgreens, Shoots, Garnish Leaves and Edible Flowers

Our farm’s first commercial crop was microgreens, and garish continues to be a primary passion and focus. Our idea of a perfect garnish combines flavor, color, and texture that compliments and enhances a dish, with the longest possible shelf life. Microgreens and shoots can be delivered either cut or living.

Greens and Specialty Produce

Our inventory of greens and specialty produce continues to expand. Our chef-focused specialty crops have included black turnip, black garlic and crosnes, a tuber in the mint family with the texture of a water chestnut.
